Precision 3470 black screen after installing Graphics Driver

Hi guys,

We've been having a lot of issues with Precision 3470 laptops since we got them ,but right now we're setting them up with Autopilot and for the love of God, I've been struggling with this for weeks now. 

On this particular model I have W11 version 22H2 22621.2283. There was an issue where the user complained the laptop screen got black, but there was image displayed on the external screens. I removed both the Interl and the NVIDIA drivers from the laptop, but the gist is that when I install them back, I have no image on the laptop screen, only on the external ones ( if these are connected ). If I remove the drivers, I regain image on the laptop screen, but not on the external ones. This is infuriating already, I do not want to install the OS. We use company wide Dell Command Update to install the drivers on the systems. Any idea how I can tackle this without reinstalling the OS?
