Precision 3551 replacement

Unboxing last 29 January, 2021, I was attracted by silver color of Precision 3551. I am eagerly looking forward to pressing the power button. The next, I am disappointed. Screen flicker, Missing D drive (Data), Blue Screen of Death. 6 times Restore factory settings, 1 time remote service (a few hours), 3 times telephone service, Twice dell engineer on-site service(changed screen and wire), the second times engineer said that there is no way to repair(changed motherboard), call the HQ in front of me. fewdays after, I received an email notified me that I have replacement 1 to 1. fewdays after, the sales department email to me to replacement the model 3551 is end of life, offer to me the model 5550. I reply it twice time, but the sales department just didn't reply. As a result, after another 14 days, the sales department notified me to replace the model 3551. I called the sales staff , and she questioned the way of purchase of my laptop and asked me to provide the purchase information. I was forward  the information. The sales staff informed me that I could only replace the model 3551. As a consumer, it was hard to invest a sum of RM7160(US1733). The sales staff did not know that I was unable to hand over the work for many days because the laptop malfunctioned. The sales staff did not know that mean time is money, The sales staff does not know what mental loss is. In desperation, I can only accept compensation silently. This time I am looking forward to precision 3551, which will arrive on estimated 28 May, 2021, why take so long to delivery to me. Above, there is no panic in what I have stated, everything is recorded by Dell.
