Precision 3930 - AMT and MEBx features - how they work and how to use them

Hello,

I've encountered these features in the BIOS (the whole "Manageability" menu) and I was doing some research on them, but I couldn't find sufficient info. I was also experimenting, like setting something in that menu MEBx menu, but I couldn't get any result. I simply still don't know, what is these functions good for and what are they capabilities.. 

From my understanding - it should be similar to iDRAC in the PowerEdge servers series? Or at least, it should somehow provide remote access to the BIOS.

My question simply boils down, if it is possible to remotely control BIOS in Precision 3930 and if so, how?
