Precision 5530 - Function Keys Reversed

Hi,

My function keys don't work as expected.

Using F11 and F12 keys by themself control screen brightness instead of browser or other functions.

Instead i need to hold 'Fn' and F11 & F12 to use normal F key functions.  Normally this is the other way round?

How do i change it?
