Precision 5530 Windows 10 reinstall missing drivers, volume buttons do not work
I had to do a fresh install Windows 10 on my laptop. Rather than using the original install USB drive I bought with the computer, I used the Microsoft Windows Media Creation Tool to install the latest version of Windows 10. The first thing I did was install Dell's Command Update utility to install all of the device drivers for this Precision 5530. I kept running it until all the drivers were up to date. However, there are still some missing drivers, and I have some issues with the volume function buttons. Device Manager reports that "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" for the following "Other Devices":
Base System Device
PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
PCI Device
SM Bus Controller
Unknown Device
The laptop is working mostly OK, except that the audio volume control keys (F1, F2, F3) do not work. I'm assuming this is a driver issue.
Any suggestions?

@onionminion , run Windows update, check under Optional Updates, the remaining drivers are there.
Other option is manually download and install your system chipset drivers from Dell support website.

Yes, I needed to install :
Intel-Chipset-Device-Software_5MPRF_WIN_10.1.18121.8164_A09.exe
Chipset_Driver_FY0M0_WN32_4.10.92_A06_01.exe
That fixed the missing drivers in Device Manager.
