Precision 5570 will not use NVIDIA RTX A2000 8GB graphics

New laptop will not use the NVIDIA card to support dual monitors.  Defaults to intel graphics and will only display on 1 of the connected monitors.  Second monitor " no HDMI signal".

I'm in the same position with a Precision 5560 which refused to use the A2000 for anything outside of fullscreen 3D apps. It suffers from horrendously slow response times (laggy movement, laggy input) doing anything in normal Windows UI, Office apps or other windowed software.

I wrote a post at https://www.dell.com/community/Precision-Mobile-Workstations/Force-DWM-exe-amp-Windows-processes-to-use-discrete-GPU/m-p/8374073#M12478 where I tried to get to the bottom of forcing the laptop to use the A2000. I was only partially successful, getting it to use the A2000 in certain apps but not everything. My Windows UI is still laggy. Have a read and see if what I found helps. It's not a fix by any means but it helps a bit with some apps. The issue is still open and outstanding.

Also regarding multiple external monitors, I also had a headache with that and a 5560. Trying two 4K monitors, one of the monitors would only work at 30Hz while the other was at 60Hz, or I'd have to downgrade the resolution on one of them to get 60Hz on both. From my reading, this is also to do with the way everything (including external monitor connections) is funneled through the integrated graphics instead of through a separate switch for the A2000. The only workaround I found for this was to use a Dell dock (WD19TB I think) but in the end I actually gave up using two monitors anyway because the system was just too laggy.
