Precision 7530, video/graphics problem

Question

Hello, Precision 7530 with a video/graphics problem. The screen starts to pulse/flicker and lines come up from the bottom of the screen. The problem occurs sometimes when the laptop is turned on and appears when Windows has loaded (it is running Windows 11 21H2. The problem is non existent before the operating system has loaded , BIOS etc) after a quick reboot, the problem disappears. BIOS is updated to the latest verison (1.19.0) and all drivers are also updated. NVIDIA Quadro P3200 6GB - driver verison 30.0.14.7288, A13 ( 29 Jan 2022). Has anyone encountered something like this? Does anyone have a solution for the problem?
