Precision 7550 Backlit Keyboard Missing Settings

Question

I have gone through various documents and videos to enable the backlight on the Precision 7550. It seems this version does not have it or at least it is not enabled in the BIOS. The keyboard definitely does not have the proper icon and none of the key combinations are working. I even installed the Dell Feature Enhancement Pack. The BIOS does not have Keyboard Illumination option or the Video/ALS option. Is it just not possible? How should I proceed? Thanks.

After providing the Service Tag and Express Service Code it was determined that my model was specifically not hipped with the backlight keyboard.
