Precision 7560, normal temperatures?

Good day,

I recently acquired a Precision 7560 laptop which has great specs, however, the laptop does get warm even with simple web browsing. Is this a consequence of the raw power this laptop has? I think not because I left my laptop plugged in recently, it went to sleep and it started cooking. Became extremely hot, touching it was beyond uncomfortable. Please help. I have power manager but it isn't helping much.
