Precision 7710 random mouse clicks

Mouse started acting up few months into owning the laptop, guess around september 2020. Windows 10 64bit pro. Either right clicks randomly or gives a bunch of left and right clicks at once for a few seconds and clicks sometimes register as double. It seems to only happen when I'm actually using the mouse though not 100% sure. Do not know if touchpad or mouse issue or something else entirely. The pointer does not move around on its own and the touchpad did not give me issues while typing back when it was active. I've tried literally everything:

Disable touchpad (by software only) and center button though if issue is the upper touchpad buttons I cannot disable those. Disable clicklock. Tried 3 mice and every usb port. Updating, uninstalling, rolling back every pointer driver. Scanned every bit of it for malware or remote control. There is no special software (like for razer mice) to control my pointer or keyboard.

Might I add that due to reasons this is NOT the kind of problem I expected to have that would force me to clean my drives and start over. Not doing that over such a dumb problem. Would rather get a new laptop really cause this has driven me up the wall frankly.

OK by now I think it does it when not moving the mouse too. Also clicklock has never been on. Sent the tag.

Think I solved it. Brand new mouse not giving me trouble anymore. Seems I got unlucky and was cursed with several ones with button issues. Don't buy cheap mice guys.
