Precision 7750 USB placement

Hello

Could somebody please explain to me why does Dell place the USB connector right to the place where the mouse is supposed to be?

How I am supposed to work like that? Sadly, the second USB port is next to this one and the third is on the opposite side but also in the middle.

Please, place it closer to the display in the next series.

That's sort of common throughout the computer industry.   I've had other brands and the ports were located similarly.
