Precision 7760-CTO standard and optional features

I have been really disappointed in pre-sale and post sale information.  I bought various upgrades with the idea of getting ProSupport or documentation to bring me up to speed.  In several areas, those things don't exist, so it's up the naive customer to purchase these upgrades and/or to understand how they work once the machine is delivered.

Here is my attempt to find out additional info on FUNCTIONALITY and DOCUMENTATION for these features.  Some of these items actually have documentation from Dell or other vendor, but either info is really technical or more from a repair perspective, which doesn't help me understanding how it works, how to set options, etc. 

So here's my "explore these features" list.  Sorry the list got really long after I started listing my questions.  If anyone has experience or a link to information, it would be greatly appreciated.
