Problem to connect my external microphone

I'm trying to connect an external Rode Wireless Go microphone to my Inspiron 5490 PC, which is upgraded to Windows 11.

I have tried different methods but nothing has worked yet. What I tried:

- Disable the internal microphone in the Windows sound properties.
- update the Realtek driver
- try to change the Advanced settings in the Dell Audio application which I can't install. I don't have the RtkNGUI64.exe in my Reatek files. I only have RtlUpd64.exe
- to use the MaxxAudioPro app and it does not detect my microphone.

Does anyone have another solution for me please?
