Problem with my order!

Dear all,

I bought a Precision 7550 with 3 years Extended Battery Service, but when I checked the Dell Support page, I can see that the machine came with only 2 years Extended Battery Service.

For more than 3 weeks I'm trying to have this fixed, or to return the machine. The support agent was able to detect the problem, but not to fix it. And now, the agent simply does not answer my emails anymore.

I mean, I paid more than 6k USD for a laptop, and I can't even have a decent support service.

Please, how can I return the notebook and be reimbursed?

The unique Dell service tag page for this Precision 7550 shows the 3 year warranty. Which is the standard 1st year and extended 2nd and 3rd year =
