Screen Glitching / Flickering Dell Precision 7720
Had this problem for almost 8 months now. LCD went out on my last computer, so Dell sent me a new one under my warranty plan. The Screen Glitches and Flickers constantly. This video playlist speaks for itself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msgGDjWa-BQ&list=PLy4FvIRvYC0rS00gFjpLznUteqBhT1hkH
I contacted Support and they said it was probably a driver software conflict, but I cannot seem to pinpoint it. I also did a clean windows install after Video 1 and the problem still happens as you can see in Video 2 & 3.
I have updated all drivers to the latest versions. Not sure what the deal is.
This is important!!! It works 100% fine when I have another monitor hooked up to it. The problem only happens when I disconnect the 2nd monitor.
Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

I seem to have a very similar issue, with my recently-purchased 7740.
The screen isn't glitching as severely as in your Youtube video; in my case so far it's more like once every 20 seconds or so.
Also works fine when docked; only glitching when the laptop is being used standalone.
4k panel (17"), set to 2560x1440 resolution, with AMD Radeon Pro WX 3200 GPU as the display adapter (the Intel iGPU is disabled via the BIOS.) All drivers are fully updated as of the date of this posting...
Also - not sure whether it's related or just a weird coincidence - when I have the keyboard backlight turned on, it switches on by itself periodically even though I'm not touching the keyboard, then goes off again, then after a while comes on again, and off again, and so on... Overall, it's like there's a ghost in my machine
