Service Tag Not Found, Dell SupportAssist Install Fails
I am attempting to enter my service tag, and I continue to get the returned error "Service Tag Not Found."
Dell SupportAssit will not install.
When I select "Detect Your PC" on the dell website, it shows up and also shows the service tag, but when I click, it returns the error: "There is no match for that Service Tag or product ID. Please try again, auto-detect, or choose from all products."
When I check in my bios by running a cmd to show the serial number, it shows the same service number on the back of my case.
Any ideas why Dell is giving me this error and how I might be able to install Dell SupportAssist

This is a brand new Dell computer? If yes, you must do a Dell Product Registration in link below:
