TB16 DOCK Firmware Upgrade Error

Question

I have a Precision 7530 and a dock TB16.

I'm trying to upgrade the firmware of the dock to solve the numerous problems present but I'm getting this error: "Reading ASMedia USB3.0 Host Controller Firmware Failed"

I already tried to remove and reinstall the thunderbolt driver.

Any help?
