Print roller and Jam problems

Disconnect all cables to printer.

Also remove the power brick from the back of the printer. Removing the power brick for 60 seconds, will reset any error messages you're getting.

Hold it upside down and shake it real hard for 30 seconds. this will clear anything stuck inside the printer.

Also try using a *** cleaner and clean it out.
