Clean the CTD sensor. a Clean the CTD sensor. See "Cleaning the Color Toner Density (CTD) Sensor" on page 195 of the user manual.
Launch the Tool Box, and click Color Registration Adjustment on the Printer Maintenance tab. The task is complete. Clear the On check box for Auto Registration Adjustment.
Click Start next to Auto Correct.
The toner cartridges may be low or need to be replaced. Confirm the amount of toner in each toner cartridge. Check the toner level in the Status tab in the Status Monitor. Replace the toner cartridges as necessary.
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer.
I tried all of your suggestions, and still have the cyan triangles down the right margin. This is a new printer, and the cartridges still show 100% full. Pls advise.
