Knowing there’s nothing to be done, but, after several attempts to resolve the lousy print quality of my 1500, Dell finally replaced the unit.

What I found fascinating was that my printer had a total of 828 pages on the mechanism and was replaced with a refurbished unit that had printed 6616 pages.

Accordingly, it occurs to me that I paid full price for a used printer.

That’s the first and last printer I’ll purchase from Dell.
