Resources

By keeping my startup list down to what I consider to be my absolute minimun, when I reboot my resources are at 80% If I then go to MSN or to AOL they immediately drop to 60%. I could not even uninstall MSN to correct a problem with MSN. The system froze. I am told by MSN to check with Dell. As far as I know I do not have any spyware on my system after using Norton, Panda scan, Ad-aware, Spybot, CWShredder). I have submitted a log to HijackThis. There is one item that I will probably be removing. WWW Prefix (www). Does anyone think that Dell software could be of any further help other than to tell me to reinstall the operating system?. I just checked System Information and only the programs I know are loading at startup are in the list.

You need to post this on the board covering your Windows operating system rather than Works Suite.
