Can't access cert tracker

Question

I just finished a learning path called SE: DATA CENTER NETWORKING CURRICULUM 2020 >But im unable to see any completion certificate for the whole course, just for the individual lessons.My coworker said that there has to be an email from the dell education account that would allow me to create an account in cert tracker: https://www.certmetrics.com/dell/login.aspxI didn't receive said mail.I tried to open a support ticket in this page http://emc.force.com/EducationSupport but when i finish the form it request me an account. However, the page dont seems to show any link for account creation. I'm a little lost here as i dont know what else to do. Thanks in advance!

Our apologies that there is an issue with the support webform and individuals are not able to submit a support case using the webform. In the meantime we have been informed to ask people to send an email to Education1@dell.com if they need assistance.

Hello Dell team,  I have completed my professional level 'Powermax and Vmax Family Configuration and Business Continuity Administration certification' in the year of 2020. But I am not able to find certificate now.  I tried to connect to the cert matrix https://www.certmetrics.com/dell/login.aspx to download the certificate but it's showing as cert I'd is invalid.  Kindly help me to get my certificate from Dell.  Regards Thriveni N
