vRPA Compatibility Information.

Question

Hello Everyone;

I have two sites with connected vRPA in each site and start to make CRR between them,

One site has VNX 5200 splitter with code 05.33.000.5.035.

Everything works within this site.

But on the other site vRPA has errors indicating that splitters are down.

This site has VNX 5300 splitter with code 05.32.000.5.508.

My vRPA version is

I read about some information that 05.32 microcode does not support vRPA 4.0.2.

Can anyone know something for this issue?

Should I upgrade the code on VNX 5300 to which level, if this is my problem?

Hello again;

I found my answer, for the other people in the forum that I can say is;

Recoverpoint 4.x doesnt matter virtual or physical supports for 5.32.000.011 and later, for VNX Splitters.

It doesnt support under this 5.32.000.011 level.

You can find this information from powerlink, elab then support matrixes.

When I upgraded the microcode everything works fine.
