Hello, Since I use the new 7420 it doesn't detect my external audio system through the docking station or just with the jack and headsets. I put all updates from Dell Command Update. I think there is something with the firmware. Thanks for your help. Regards.

Hey all! I have a XPS420 and I've got the yellow exclamation point next to "SM Bus Controller" in my device manager. I downloaded the chipset driver and installed it but the exclamation is still there. Do I need a different driver? ANY help would be much appreciated!

My XPS13 9300 is connected to a Dell WD19TB dock. All BIOS and dock firmware updates are current. Oftentimes, when I boot the laptop, before it boots into Windows a diagnostic displays an error reading, "Your dock fan has failed. You may experience reduced performance until your dock is serviced."
