How to determine the part number of the failed disk in EMC VMAX 100K

One of our third party vendor needs the below files from MMCS. How can I get them ?? Is there any steps or commands that can help me? Hardware.xml Disk_info.xml

I can get a list of all the volumes on an array but this is limited to just the volume hex id (ie: volumeId). Is it possible to also include the "volume_identifier" field, or does each volume need to be looked up individually by its volumeId? Thanks, John
