Search for the emails with the particular parameters you are looking for each PST and then right-click and export the results.
You will have to do this for each PST you need to export.
If you are doing this for eDiscovery search, it would be far easier to standup SourceOne in Co-Existence Mode and use Discovery Manager to do exact searches for what you are looking for and exporting the results from there.
