How to archive messages from multiple profiles?
Dear All,
We are new to Email Xtender and need help on extracting data from multiple profiles into pst files
We have a message center with huge data running in GB which stores data for over a 1000 profiles
We need to take a backup of this data into PST files segregated over Year and Month /
How can we achieve this using the Administrative module?
Any pointers to documentation are appreciated

Use the Search Plug-In for Outlook.
Search for the emails with the particular parameters you are looking for each PST and then right-click and export the results.
You will have to do this for each PST you need to export.
If you are doing this for eDiscovery search, it would be far easier to standup SourceOne in Co-Existence Mode and use Discovery Manager to do exact searches for what you are looking for and exporting the results from there.
