Hi Steve,

Welcome to the group!

Regarding your situation, you will need to upgrade your Offline Access client to version 6.6.2 or later in order to obtain support for Outlook 2010.  In Outlook 2010, Microsoft dropped support of a technology we used to implement OA forcing us to develop a new solution.  The end result is that when our customers upgrade to Outlook 2010, then they also need to upgrade OA.

I would also recommend that you obtain our latest kit versioned 6.7.2 even for your Outlook 2003 customer.  We support Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010 starting with version 6.6.2, but I recommend 6.7.2 just so you can obtain the latest fixes as well.

After you upgrade, if you still have the same issue then I would recommend opening a support ticket so that we can determine the cause of the issue.

Thanks,

Peter Spooner

Hi Steve

thanks for your prompt reply.

I'm sorry but I stated the wrong version of SourceOne Offline Access client that we are using.

The version that we are using is actually "Offline Access 6.62.1030" and it is this version that we are experiencing issues with on Outlook 2003 clients. I have downloaded and installed the latest version "Offline Access version 6..72.0017" but this is also crashing Outlook 2003 when switching between mailboxes. However I have gone back a version to "Offline Access version 6.62.1019" and this seems to have fixed the issue.

We need to deploy the Offline Access to all Outlook 2003 clients ASAP, as it is holding up our Exchange 2003 to 2010 migration (I can explain in more detail if requested); so we will probably deploy the "Offline Access version 6.62.1019" to Outlook 2003 clients and a more up to date version to our Outlook 2010 clients.

Once again Steve thanks for your response and if you have any further comments I'd be pleased to hear them.

Cheers Ste
