SourceOne reindexing stuck
Hello
We have some issues with reindexing process stuck in sourceone console. We had a missing message error in few volumes so I decided to reindex them completely. All where fine but one, that one stuck and did nothing for days. after rebooting the whole server, it still says "reindexing, missing messages" for a whole week now, but cpu and disk usage is 0% for that process.
What can I do to change the status of that volume, somehow tell the S1 it's finished or canceled so I can start reindexing of that volume again?
It is S1 for Lotus Domino
Thank you in advance,
best regards

Hi Nikola,
Since status of the index set is left in the reindexing state, you are going to need help from EMC SourceOne support to reset the status of the index set in the SourceOne Database, then only you will be able to rebuild the index set. Support can also check if number of messages archived and index match for the index set and if there is any missing messages from index. If there will be nothing needed they can just change the status.
In any case you are going to need help from the SourceOne support team in this case.
Thanks,
Rajan
