Ae515 soundbar stopped

The ae515 soundbar I have worked for about 2 weeks and had now stopped being recognized by 2 different laptops. One is a Dell laptop. I plug it in and get the LEDs on either end to turn on but nothing else. Windows doesn't recognize it as a sound device. I plugged it directly into USB on a laptop and same result, nothing. Any advice? 

I tried looking out up on the Dell support site but it couldn't find it. I did purchase it off eBay and have reached out to the seller but I think I may have been scammed.
