Perhaps I don't understand your question. If your current C drive holds a good running copy of the operating system, then to add additional drives, you would simply install it, configure in the
BIOS, then use
disk management to partition and format. If you want to dual boot, then it gets a bit trickier, but
this procedure should be all you need.
