can anyone help?
voluntary group been donated a c600 laptop. Has various users setup, administrator etc. how do i change, delete these? How do i get rid of old files documents belonging to previous owner.
Will programmes and files saved on disk using windows me and office 2000 be able to be worked upon on the laptop which has windows 2000 and not sure which office programme.
Thanks in advance for any help

Hi,
If you have the software, you may want to reload it. This will be a clean start, no chance of a virus or the original owners files being accessed.
