Cannot burn music, error

Question

I purchased music online and tried to burn to a blank cd.  I receive the following error:   C00D2720: Cannot burn or synchronize the file The license for the selected file might not allow you to burn or synchronize (copy) the file. To view the rights associated with the license, right-click the file, click Properties, and then click the License tab. Error ID = 0xC00D2720, Condition ID = 0x00000000   When I check the license, there is nothing there.  I never had a problem burning music before but my pc crashed and Dell had to come and install a new hard drive and all was lost.  Do in need to re-install a driver?  Is this why I cannot burn?  I am using Windows media player. Thanks
