CD/DVD not recognized ATAPI device not found!!!
Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 3543. I recently had a problem with the CD/DVD drive, it got stuck and I had to open it with a paperclip. Also, it is not listed in This PC, and I also uninstalled the driver from device manager because I thought it would install itself after the restart but it didn't. I can't find a proper driver. Help please!!

Hi Coraline2696,
Please follow the link below to the Microsoft Fixit Utility. If you cannot see the drive, that should fix the problem.
