I think we worked this out over the past week, but if not, please let me know the status of your drive.

Yes.  We got it worked out.  I called Dell on their 800 number and they had me on the phone for almost 1 hour and we got it back up and running.  I appreciate your help and would highly recommend calling Dell when you need help.
