computer queries please help out

hey everybody im not so much a computer wiz but i kno abit, well enuf to maintain my comp and yeah fix it

now i have a dell dimension 8300
i have just changed its case into a super tower THERMALTAKE KANDALF CASE
its got heaps of space.

now i kno tat dell would not recommend anyone to tamper with the inside too much esp changing case but its just dell cases are too small and very hot inside, now i have 5 fans and a heat sink

now the problem i have is that i cant attatch the hdd led light, power led light and the power switch and reset button on to the mother board cos dells chip are different, the mother board has the words and names of where it should go but there is no needle for me to plug it in so i need sum help on tat, thats the onli problem i have rite now on my new case. the switch on the thermaltake wont work bcos there is no place on mother board to connect it to, i need SUM HELP ON TAT !!!!!!!! PLS .......

ok my second query is i bought my comp for 5500 AUD now tats heaps, im crazy i kno
currently i have a western digital 250gb 8mb buffer hDD
i want to raid 1 or raid 5 another exactly the same hard drive to it to make it run as one, i do not want to have two program files etc i just wnat to see the space on my original 250 increase to 500 ( i want them to work together) if neone can help me with tat i'd be delighted

one more thing, do the hard drives have to b exactly the same brand and gigs to raid them together etc can a 250gb western digital raid with seagate 250gb both 8mb buffer
