computer shuts off

Question

Hi; my computer seems to shut off after its on for a while. I know very little about comps, but it seems when it heats up it shuts down. Looks like there are 2 fans. But  seems like only  one is running.Could that be the problem? It is a dimenson 2350

Sorry Meant to say its the bottom fan.

Yes, that's definitely a problem. Your manual can be seen here. You'll see there are two fans. The top one is for your power supply and the bottom one cools the processor. Tell me which one is not working.
