Create OS CD not there
Dell states that to make a copy of the OS for backup go to:
Start> Programs> Dell Acc> Dell OS cd and click OK
Well, The only thing in Dell Acc is "Driver Reset Tool" and Service Tag.
Where is the Create OS CD?
Have a new XPS 400 running Windows XP Media Center

The option of creating cd's on the system was for a limited period with dell computer, which was stopped.
Please Email or Chat with Dell. Explain your situation and the Dell representative will issue whatever software CDs (Dell Media Experience, Power DVD, Sonic MyDVD) you might need.
