Assuming these are CD-RW discs (NOT CD-R), I believe these discs should be supported by your CD burner, but I do not recommend Memorex as a brand under any circumstances. My suggestion would be to purchase high speed Maxell CD-RW discs.
I personally go with what works. Maxell, Verbatim, and Taiyo Yuden are the brands I recommend. High speed, not ultra speed or slow (4x and under) are the most compatible with all drives.
Hi Osprey, I can't seem to burn CDs any longer on my DELL Dimension E-521. i couldn't find any new updates/firmware on the DELL website. Do you have any recommedations? Thanks, steve

If these are CD-R, then it's not going to work.

Hey Osprey, (love those birds)
Yes, they are CD-RW discs, but they still do not work. Even if they are not recommended I should think they would work.

Hi, Steve:
Tell me exactly what happens when you try to burn a CD. For example:
1. What program are you using?
2. What discs are you using (brand and speed)?
3. What kind of disc are you trying to burn?
