device error - sense code(3 73 04) - Program memory Area/RMA update failure - sequential write
I keep getting this error message when I try to burn my home movies onto a DVD. I am using Premier Elements 3.0. I am toldthat this message is indicative of a faulty burner.
here is my system....I bought it new in July and havent installed anything other than whats in this list....

I don't know what the problem was or what fixed it but I have copied about 5 DVDs without any problems using Roxio. Maybe Adobe was the problem. It did crash a few times while I was authoring my movies using Premier Elements 3.0. Maybe I had problems burning the movies that crashed? I do know that it froze up a few times with the last movie and I got that message each time I tried to burn it. I burned the last movie with Roxio and have not had any problems. I have also been able to watch the movies using Media Player.
