disk drives.
when I start my pc it says ...Your cd drive during this boot cycle is f:
A ramdisk drive is available for this boot cycle as C:
It contains several hard drive setup tools. Please use these tools only under the direction of a Dell Support staff...Can someone please help me?

Hi Victoria3xx492,
It appears you have the Dell drivers and utilities disc in your DVD drive, and the system is booting from that instead of your hard drive. Can you tell me the model of your Dell and operating system?

If you take the disc out of your DVD drive, does the system boot properly?

It would really be helpful if you provide a bit more detail. Was the Dell drivers and utilities disc in your DVD drive? When you took it out, are you getting a different error or the same error?

This is what happens....it says Internal drive not found
To resolve this issue try to reset the drive
No bootable devices.. strike F1to retry boot F2 for setup utility press F5 to fun onboard diagnostics.
When I do run the diagnostics it gives me a error code 0141 ...But I just replace my hard drive not long ago...when test is done; is says pre-boot system Assessment Complete. No diagnostic Utility Identifyed..
