Either protocol option will lead you to download the same file.
It's just that some people behind firewalls might not be able to download via FTP, but could via HTTP.
FTP uses TCP port 21 and HTTP uses TCP port 80.
So basically, it's the same file, just different download protocols.

Wow, I didn't understand a word that you said! LOL But thanks so much for
your help. I guess it doesn't matter which one to download.
