Hi Bubba, Uninstall and then reinstall WinDVD, next jump over to WinDVD`s web site and apply the latest update / patch available for your version, this may correct the problem.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled windvd but i have not tried updating it from windvd web site thanks for the suggestion
