I had this problem and found the answere in this forum. Go to this link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=c680a7b6-e8fa-45c4-a171-1b389cfacdad&displaylang=en and download autofix.exe, it's a tool to solve autoplay problems, it works fine.
