DVD-R or DVD+R
Have Dell Dimension 4100 With Buslink DVD Dual Format burner, can I use DVD-R with this system or do ihave to use DVD+R disc to burn my movies.
Burner does not recognize file format usin DVD-R disc.

Hi Yarp,
If the drive is a dual format, then it should be able to burn both " +/-" media.
Consider updating the the burning software at the vendors site, usually there will be a newer version available than want ships with the drive. Double check that DMA is enable for the drive as well.
