DVD-RW Problem

Hello,

My DVD/ROM can read CD's and DVD's, but when I try to write something, it shows the writing in progress and completes successfully. But when I try to read it, I get error message "Drive:/ is not accessible. Incorrect Function.".

I am able to read all CD's and DVD's except blank CD's and DVD's. I get the same error message mentioned above when I try to read them.

My laptop is INSPIRON 1525 model, OS - Windows XP, dvd writer is - TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-L632H.

I have re-installed all drivers, re-installed Roxio creator, Nero. Still that problem is there.

Could anyone Please suggest me how to solve this problem.
