Thanks for using the Dell Community Forum.

Actually there are two other boards you should try.  The first one is Special Interest - Virus Information and the other would be under Software and the operating system you are using.  I think you should get a better response there.

Also, I would really recommend going to the Virus board first and see if you can fix this without having to start all over.

I need to do the same thing, please tell me what I can do!  I need to erase the entire hard drive and reinstall Windows XP so that I can use my computer as well as I did when I first received it and also have the same amount of hard drive space as I originally did... thank you for any help it is greatly appreciated!
