I have a TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-H553A, and the drive is unuseable. I have followed the troubleshooter with no changes done and nothing accomplished. It doesn't even appear on My Computer. If I could get some help on this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Try this Microsoft Article for Removing the UpperFilters and LowerFilters Values with
the Registry Editor here ...........

Disregard the reference to Roxio.
