my dell displayed this error code:WHD20-TKR and WHD16-DIM! who can help me,please! it must change the hard disk or not!

can you tell me what is the cause? my dell it's the new one(about  8 month);it'one virus or else?!(about one week ago the antivirus find one virus(name='whitesmoke')!   trutzi   Drives fail all the time, it's just a question of when will they fail.   As the computer is only eight months old, you should have a Dell warranty in effect, you need to contact Dell's Technical Support about replacing the drive.    Bev.
