Error message D:\ is not assesible Incorrect Function

Question

I bought Norton Internet Security for my Dell 2350. I put it in on Monday. Today I get a message saying that there was in internal error and that I had to uninstall Norton and then reinstall it. Well I did that and have had nothing but problems all day long with it. I cannot get into my D or A drive. I keep getting this message: D:\ is not accessible Incorrect Function. I get the same message with my A drive. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I am getting this? I was able to reinstall Norton Internet Security. I also had Norton System Works on here and uninstalled that. I want to reinstall it tho because I really like the program. I do have Windows XP on here. Thanks for getting back so fast Predator. Dell did send me this link to try and nothing happened with it. I deleted Roxio off my computer awhile back. It kept goofing up so I downloaded the Nero that came with my CD burner. I did go and put Roxio Easy CD creator back on tonight just in case there was something left on my computer for Roxio. I went and updated everything to no avail. I sure hope you can find something with Norton.
