error message dvd/rom unable to read disk
Inspirion 4000 with toshiba DVD-Rom SD-C2502,...
no matter how clean dvd/cds are...dvd/rom cannot read any disk...cleaned dvd-rom as well.
no hardware problems found.....HELP!..
Any ideas or solutions greatly appreciated.
